Our space comfortably holds up to 210 guests for a full-day event, depending on your layout and style. Planning something smaller? The mezzanine is perfect for up to 80 (midweek only), giving you the same atmosphere on a more intimate scale. From loaded burgers to grazing tables, we’ve got your catering covered. We work with trusted suppliers like Haddows Catering, the team behind our resident street food favourite, Bandit Burgers, to serve up everything from laid-back bites to full feasts.
Prefer vegan, gluten-free, or something totally offbeat? We’re flexible. Keep it casual or dial it up. You can choose from our in-house options or bring in your own caterer (just note a small surcharge applies). Whatever your vibe, we’ll make sure your guests are well-fed and happy.

How many people can Leith Arches accommodate for corporate events?
We can host events for anywhere from 20 to 210 guests, depending on your layout and requirements. Whether it’s an intimate team meeting or a full-scale launch event, we’ll tailor the space to suit your needs.
Can we bring in our own catering or suppliers?
Yes—we’re flexible. You’re welcome to use your own suppliers, or we can connect you with our trusted catering and event partners who know the space well and deliver exceptional service. For any outside catering, it will incur a small surcharge.
Is the venue available for daytime events and midweek bookings?
Absolutely. We’re open for bookings 7 days a week, including daytime slots and midweek events. Our venue is perfect for off-site workshops, training days, and corporate away days.
What facilities are included with a corporate hire?
All corporate hires include use of our in-house AV setup (projector, screen, mic, and speakers), flexible tables and seating, and support from our event coordinator. We also have a fully equipped bar depending on your event style. Additional equipment or custom setups can also be arranged—just let us know what you need.
